We’re a first-generation, family-owned bison ranch—learning as we go and doing it all together. What started as an abandoned family farm has become a labor of love, rebuilt from the ground up with a lot of hard work, hope, and grit.
    Our family has always been drawn to the quiet strength and beauty of bison. Having grown up out West, I made it a priority to bring my own family back there often, sharing that deep appreciation for these incredible animals.
    Of course, every good family story needs a little humor. Ours? That I don’t know how to count. The plan was simple: start small with a few bison, learn the ropes, and grow from there. Five was the agreed number… but after one auction, we came home with seventeen. And then 6 more… even though we thought it was five… again! And just like that, the adventure truly began.
    Since then, it’s been a journey full of lessons and stories—escape artists on the loose, fences that didn’t quite hold, sixty blueberry plants in the ground, a growing orchard, and more ideas than we can keep up with.
    But this isn’t just about the adventure. It’s about something bigger. We’re committed to helping preserve and protect bison while building something meaningful to pass down to future generations—a legacy rooted in family, resilience, and respect for the land and the animals we care for.
